TemAvi is a dynamic contracting company, which has been servicing the civil and building construction industry with quality services throughout South Africa.

TemAvi was established to fill the gap in the construction industry for a fully committed BEE company on all aspects of construction and civil services, from Commercial Buildings, Shopping Centres, Industrial Projects, through to Engineering Structures. TemAvi is a Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) 3GB PE and 2CE PE graded entity and has successfully completed contracts in KwaZulu-Natal and the Eastern Cape.

As a member of the Master Builders Associations KZN, National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC), The South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions (SACPCMP) and a BBBEE Level 3 company we actively participate within the industry and create employment in the local communities where we engage in construction projects.
